Mineral Hill Announces Developments in the Liberty Hill Gold Mine

Further to the Company’s news release on December 22, 2010, Mineral Hill is pleased to confirm that the California Regional Water Quality Control Board has accepted the Report of Waste Characterization for the Liberty Hill Mine and has concurred to the classification of the mine as “Category C”.  This means that pollution that could potentially result from the proposed gold mining operations is insignificant.  The Company is very pleased about the classification since it signifies a positive step towards the renewal of the expected permit for the processing of the 40,000 cubic yards of already stockpiled material and the already mineable 1.4 Million cubic yards of overburden free material. The approval came after numerous tests, and reporting requirements over a one-year period.  This open-pit placer mining operation covers only 12 acres out of 2,500 acres which comprise the Liberty Hill Mine property.

No feasibility study has been completed with regard to this property. There are no known mineral resources on the property, and it is not known if any such mineral resources will be discovered, and if discovered whether any such resources may be economically mined.
